Group Therapy & Learning

Ability has offered a range of Group Therapy & Group Learning opportunities over the years including Lego Group (a social skill program for primary-school aged children) through to groups for adults (such as communication skills and resilience training). 

We will be offering an adolescent/early adult focused Building Resilience Group Program from approximately July/August 2025. This will be an 8-week group program with the Group Participants with our experienced psychologist, Geoffrey Marks. For this group only - an adjunct Parent Group will also be available on site at no additional costs for parents & guardians of participants, facilitated by psychologist & Managing Director, Jessie Baker. If you follow us on socials or keep an eye on our website, we will advertise when future groups open for registration. Outside of our internal group offering, we also provide group therapy and learning options to organisations that require this.
