Group Therapy & Workshops

Ability has offered a range of Group Therapy & Group Learning opportunities over the years including Lego Group (a social skill program for primary-school aged children) through to groups for adults (such as communication skills and resilience training). 

Upcoming group programs are typically advertised on our website, socials and in clinic and have included programs such as Building Resilience in Young People, Social Skill Development Initiatives (e.g., Lego Club), Fostering Resilient Workplaces and Preventing Burnout, & Circle of Security Parenting Support. Group delivery dates are often based on demand and capacity.  At this stage, we do not have any upcoming group dates but continue to welcome EOI's for future group opportunities. Ability also offers tailored training services for small business through to large enterprise or departments. Trainings can be delivered in person on-site, online or through accessing our online e-learning materials tailored to your organisation's needs. Common examples include Building Resilient Teams, Fostering a Psychosocially Safe WorkPlace and Navigating Difficult Conversations in the Workplace.
