To make an appointment, book online via our client portal at: https://clientportal.zandahealth.com/clientportal/abilitypsych or alternatively, contact us on 1300 229 906 to speak with a member of our team. Our clinic is located in North Lakes, QLD (near Westfield). Our office can be accessed via public transport if required.

New NDIS referrals can be submitted to intake@abilitypsychologyservices.com using the referral form provided below. NDIS appointments can be offered in clinic (North Lakes), online (telehealth) or via outreach (upon request, where eligible). 

Any assessment enquiries can be emailed through to our assessment team at assessmentteam@abilitypsychologyservices.com or via contacting our office on 1300 229 906. Assessment are offered in clinic (North Lakes) and via outreach, where suitable (e.g., home-visit or school-visit). 

If you have received a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP and have been referred for services, please book via our client portal or by calling our office on 1300 229 906.  

Clients who are accessing services privately or through their Private Health Insurance can also make an appointment via our Client Portal or alternatively, call 1300 229 906. Please defer to your insurer's PDS regarding eligibility for access and coverage. 

If you are seeking services following a WorkCover QLD claim and have been approved for services, please make an appointment via our Client Portal or alternatively, call 1300 229 906.
