Queensland Government EAP & OTHER Workplace Health and Wellbeing Services (Supplier Panel)

Ability Psychology Services has been appointed as a provider under the Queensland Government’s Workplace Health and Wellbeing Services panel arrangement from July, 2025.

SERVICES: Ability is a provider for several streams and services areas, including:

Employee Assistance Services (EAP)

Psychological Health & Wellbeing Services

Social Wellbeing Services 

Wellbeing & Resilience Services

ELIGIBILITY: An eligible client is defined as any employee of an 'eligible customer' (e.g., a Queensland Government Department) and their immediate family members. That is, you may be eligible for services if you are an employee (or are an immediate family member of an employee) of: 

A Queensland Government department or agency;

A Queensland Government Body;

An entity which is directly or indirectly, partially or entirely funded by the State of Queensland;

A community based, non-profit making organisation performing community services;

Another entity approved by the State of Queensland; or 

The Commonwealth, another State or a Territory Government.

Information about service suppliers should be made available to you by your employer (e.g., intranet). However in the event that you are unsure, we are more than happy to make an enquiry with the Principal (Queensland Government Procurement) to confirm your options. 

APPOINTMENT INFORMATION: Services (such as EAP) are offered in clinic (North Lakes) or via telehealth. We have some (limited) out of hours appointment options with appointments slots occurring between 7:30am to 5:30pm.  Some services (e.g., groups and workshops) allow for onsite services via prior arrangement.
